I rarely work them but this time I needed some shoes so I took a high commission shop. I just spent the last 45 minutes entering the report, and uploading the photos only to get an error message. All of my submission is missing, everything! I am leaving on vacation tomorrow and they get back to you 24-48 hours later. I am an excellent, reliable shopper.
What do I do? Has anyone had this experience? Do they have the submission?
