Call Center QA

Hello, I did my first paid shop with CCQA and am wondering if I will get spammed by the companies that I am making the calls to? CCQA wants you to provide accurate contact information including a valid phone number. Not providing my correct information may result in not being paid. Has anyone been spammed by these companies?

Not at all.

Hello, can someone tell me if the requirements for Call Center QA phone shops apply to me personally or if those are the requirements for me as a shopper. I have reached out to the schedulers and have not gotten any response. Thanks
The requirements apply to all shoppers. They are the scenarios that you use.

@HonnyBrown, thank you. From the few calls that I have done, I have gotten several phone calls and emails back from the companies, even after I have made it clear that I am not interested at this time. That is the part that I am not too fond of, but I have gotten paid already for 2 of them. :-)
Use a Google Voice number for your shops. I learned that lesson when I gave my number to a car salesman.

In their documents, it says to give your correct information and not to use a google voice number. I am a novice at this and apparently have a lot to learn!
Correct! That's up to you. They aren't the ones giving out their personal phone numbers.
