ICCDS is a great company to work for. Good communicaton with shoppers, reasonable fees, easy reports. I did several shops for them last fall, but their emails for shops in SoCal. have been few and far between recently.
I have shopped for them several times and have been overall pleased with them. They don't have a lot of shops in my area and the pay is low, but it is one of those that if I am going to be in a particular area I will check because they have a chocolate shop that I like the reimbursement on. Most of their other shops are for places where I have little interest in going and the fee is not enough incentive to go out of my way.
I have shopped for them many times. They are a good company. Their pay is average for the most part. Once in a while they offer an above average paying shop. They are fair, and their reports are reasonable and easy.

Good luck,
Randa

I shop small retail stores for them. They always email me. I just had to turn down two shops because I will be out of town. I didn't know they did anything but retail. They are a good company, fee's are in the middle, not low and not high.
I've been shopping for them for two years now and they're a great company. The schedulers work with you and the reports are easy. Some emails are sent but you can also log on the site and search for jobs. They also pay on time.
Easy reports, only a little narrative and no photos (so far). They pay right away.
Great msp to work for, though the availability of shops in my area isn't very consistent.
I just signed up for supermarkets from them. Anyone know about their supermarket reports? The other one I do is awful.
For supermarkets they require interaction with about 6 employees and purchase of one sales item. Multiple choice, simple short narratives and one short final overall narrative. You check the parking lot and restroom also. Only requires about 20 minutes in store. They do have specific shopping times, such as between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Did the supermarket this week. Interaction with 3 employees, and no need to buy sale item. We may be doing diff markets, Jude. But I didn't know where anything was in the store, so combined with my own grocery shopping, it was about an hour. That's average for my supermarket shops.
I've done numerous shops for them but never any grocery shops. Have not seen them listed in my area.
Their reports are easy and the pay isn't too bad.
Imd--
Supermarket chains are very localized. If you don't see them on your job board, then they're not in your area.

I'm in NE PA and we have one small chain grocery store with locations in several cities. These are shopped once a month.
