BestMark call shop technical issue?

I signed up for three of these service appointment calls for today and the calls aren't recording. I've done nine of these calls before and never had an issue. I emailed technical support, but was wondering if anyone else had this issue, too?

I've been shopping for BM since 2011. Although I had the same "recording" issues a few months ago, I must admit that BM provides the best training ground for newbies. The shops require detailed information, and accurate survey responses. The pay sometimes was not the greatest; however, I found that these requirements in turn enhanced my communication and writing skills.
I love BestMark! I have done recorded calls for them with no issues! If you have a problem they are quick to respond.
