I've done several shops on this platform but my most recent one has cascaded to multiple problems and I need advice and/or help.
1. I claimed a shop on the app and am unable to verify my location. The button is grayed out and I have no idea how to fix it.
2. I log onto the Presto website, go to Help, and create a ticket for the problem. I filled out the form and submit it, etc. I get an email that the ticket was submitted successfully.
3. I click on the email link and get an error message on [
shopper-support.prestomobilesurveys.com] that my email and PW to not match. (Hey wait, I was just logged on to [
insta.prestometrics.com] successfully and linked to HELP from there ?????)
4. Thinking that it might be an email or PW problem, I go to reset my password and get a different error message that reads, "You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator." Um? How am I suppose to contact helpdesk if I can't log in?
5. I can't check the status of the support ticket for #1 because I can't log in either.
Any ideas?
