That probably is asking what is your initial impression upon arrival. Just a guess. It's not worded very well.

Thank you for your comments. The question is actually worded, "Impact of the community's entrance," which was how our client wanted it worded. We apologize for the confusion and will review your concerns with our client when this project resumes.
