I know their editors can get backed up and validation can take a while, but I've never had a shop sit for 12 days before. Anyone else have a shop with Coyle taking a long time to edit right now?

The editor claims that the 640 x 480 is just the minimum requirement and that the Shopmetrics system would automatically resize them when uploaded.

That's interesting. Perhaps Coyle resident expert @SteveSoCal can affirm or debunk this.

I am pretty irritated that I am doing double work right now. I even took a screen shot of the guidelines that specify the 640 x 480 resolution is the ONLY one acceptable by the client. The editor also came back with numerous questions that were NOT in the guidelines or survey form, such as 'what time did you call for pick up of laundry service?' This was not the typical Coyle hotel report, but the 'check list only' one and time stamps were not mentioned. Thankfully I am so used to notating this info I have it, but I really wish they would stick to the guidelines.
Yeah, those brand and loyalty audits are a lot of work. Don’t be fooled by the “checklist only” designation. Less work than writing 40ish pages of narrative, but it’s still a significant time commitment.
