triciagail- the forum rules say that we can not reveal the clients of mystery shopping companies. And the agreement we sign with each company usually states that also.

People can tell you if a particular business is shopped.

Try searching Chick-fil-a and select all dates. You will see if shops are discussed for them. We don't have that chain here, so I do not know the answer.

Select Chick Fil A's are shopped every three months or so (at least in California). The last round was in June. Next round should be in late August/early September. It's a MSC that uses a Sassie platform so you can keep an eye out for them on JobSlinger.

Chick Fil A is a franchised FF restaurant. Not all of them get shopped; it's at the owner's discretion. My cousin in Texas owns one. They have never utilized mystery shoppers at their store.

It's ok, we all were new once. Just keep in mind you can talk about a business as long as you don't name the MSC that shops them, and you can talk about a MSC as long as you don't list their clients.
