Customer Impact

I received an email saying they lost their wonderful BBQ shop...too bad, I enjoyed that and just did it, hoping it wasn't my report.

Darn it - we liked picking those shops up when we were in the area. I bet Ricky misses her too.
I hope Customer Impact is okay. They are one of my favorites. They just lost a fast casual bar/restaurant that I've done for them for years to ACL.

Well, I guess I better update my profile on ACL!

But, be warned, now there is no fee instead of the $10 fee with Customer Impact. And, now you must make a recorded call and take and submit photographs for the same reimbursement.
Yes but unlike CI you can actually get assigned shops from ACL.
I used to do a lot of shops for them. I had 1 shop that I got a 9/10 on and the rest were all 10's.
Then all the sudden a switch flipped and they will no longer assign me shops. I don't even bother looking at their job board anymore.

I also did their healthy sandwich/salad shop monthly, hopefully they kept that one, nice reimbursement and fee.
I always get jobs from them, they seem loyal to those with them for awhile and the nicest people. I don't work for ACL, don't ask why, it's their decision, but from what I read, not a fan.

I got the email too. It said due to budget the bbq restaurant is ending the mystery shopping program.
I got the same email and thought it was gracious. I, too, wish CI well, and hold CI in much higher esteem than ACL.

It seems I'd never signed up with them. So I took their test (SAT much?) and passed the first time. I'm not certain they'll even have anything in my area.
CI has the same accounts they've always had in my area. They continue to pay a nominal fee, $10 and up. I enjoy shopping for them, and I especially like two of their clients.

They got new schedulers in the last 1-2 years.
I had the same issue.

I didn't get that email and I just spoke with a scheduler last week.

BBQ shop is only West Coast and NV.
