If you MUST cancel a shop with them be sure to CALL YOUR SCHEDULER and let them cancel it. They can check a box which will prevent the cancellation from impacting your status. (assuming you have a sold reason for canceling). If you cancel it online by yourself. you run the risk of having your status dropped or being put on probation. The same thing if you need to reschedule. Doing that online can also affect your status. If you have a true emergency, it can be rescheduled by the scheduler without penalizing you.
