Anybody shop for Kinesis?

I'm not familiar with them, but they have a phone shop in my area with a nice fee. Any feedback on this company is appreciated; TIA!

Good company... easy to work with.

Thank you! I found a few old threads about them, but nothing that gave me an overall impression of whether they're good to work with or not.

I have been treated very well by Kinesis. I encourage you to take the shop.

Good luck getting the scheduler to reply to you.

I disagree with the other posters.

I had completed three phone shops that were quite detailed, but for which I was paid $15. On the fourth such assignment, the phone person did not do their job, so I completed the report, but was contacted requesting I call again. When I refused, I was offered a second fee, but the problem was a record of my first call they were unable to remove. As it was damned if I did or damned if I did not, I again refused, was not paid and was deactivated. Simply put, I was penalized because the sales person did not follow their script, which was why the shop existed, to make that determination.
My experience with Kinesis has been positive. I do not shop often with them (because they do not have many clients in my area) and I deal with KSS International schedulers mostly for Kinesis shops. Communication has not been an issue for me. YMMV.
Ive done a few over the years. Usually banking in my area. I like working with them. Tho sometime email is messed up ob my end, I think.
I enjoy doing their banking shops.

I was accepted for the $15 phone shop, but it sounds like if the representative who calls doesn't do his or her job, they ask you to do it a second time. That's what I get from shopperbob's post. If the first call was still on the record, can't you use an alias and a different phone number? (Like a land line for the first and your cell for the second, or your spouse's or kid's cell?)

Do they have a job board? I cannot find one on their site.

No. KSS sends out emails and assigns their shops for them.

Bob's reply--I did not nor do have a cell, spouse or kid.
I used to do a lot of credit union shops for them and found their pay fair and the reports not too bad. I just found their portal a little strange when reporting but had no problems.

Ah. Then it seems your options were limited. They say they remove your info from the system after the shop's completed, but I'm guessing they asked you to re-shop before that had happened. Weird situation. If the advisor didn't do what he was supposed to do, and you completed the report, isn't that, as you noted, the whole point of the shop? Not your fault he didn't hit the required points!

I've never had a problem with them, but I don't feel comfortable doing a lot of the shops that they offer, so I rarely work for them.
I have been signed up with them for years having originally done a shop thru KSS. I never knew you could find jobs on their website as originally you needed to go thru KSS and was never advised this had changed. So just to confirm, if i go to my account at Kinesis directly I will see a job board?
It still sounds as if they don't have a job board; they're scheduled through KSS. But you do have to log into their site as well as the KSS site to accept the job.

Oh, I guess I thought some said they were dealing with Kinesis schedulers and having issues. I have never had any issues at all with KSS schedulers. And the last shop I did about two weeks ago I no longer had to log back into the KSS site after filing the report and confirming I had done the report with them. So much nicer.

They go through KSS Scheduling here, and usually do banks. I've done work for them, good company, site is confusing.
