IPSOS GFK Issue

I did an inquiry shop last week. When I submitted the shop, the initial QA check said everything was fine. An editor emailed me and said that there were some mistakes, and to open the IBW in the yellow stickie at the top of the screen to address them.

The stickie won't open. I get to the IBW a different way. I don't see any red boxes denoting issues. I send her a screenshot of the QA check. She sent me an email a few days later thanking for fixing the issues.

Today, I received an email stating that there were issues with the report, and I repeat the same scenario.

What is going on?

Honny - try a different browser. That often oks for me.

Even when I use Chrome, there are no red boxes. On my side, everything is fine. The scheduler is saying there is an issue.

IPSOS seems to be having a lot of technical problems. I had an issue with not being able to open a report (regardless of what browser I used), and when the scheduler told me what to do to get it to open, the entire thing got messed up! I couldn't do the shop.

You have my empathy, and I'm sure you're not seeing what you're supposed to be seeing due to a problem on their end, not yours.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
I am getting so frustrated. This report keeps bouncing back and the editor is no help.

I feel your pain, HB. The hoops I have been jumping through for Ipsos lately are large and often end with no pay. GFK is a different story, though, but even they are getting that odd virus that is un-brotherly or sisterly, at best.
I am taking a hiatus from IPSOS for a bit, after they reinstated me but still won't pay me for going to a location that was supposed to be open but was not....The message is unspoken, but clear ..."...you will not get paid, because we aren't getting paid, because someone made an error on the client side or on our side.....sorry..."
This was the most convoluted shop report ever. After receiving many pokes from the editor to address the nonexistent outstanding issues, I finally figured out that I had to hit "Finish Shop" on a page outside of the report.

I recently had my report excluded, from IPSOS, and never received notice that it had been excluded. I only learned of the exclusion when I logged back into the SASSIE side of IPSOS.
(Yep, they have the ShopMetrics side and SASSIE side - two Job Boards, Shopper Log, Profile, etc. I did not know about this; I had stumbled upon the SASSIE side from the ShopMetrics side).
I am very disturbed by this exclusion of this report because this Big Box Store had horrible Customer Service and the report was written with such detail! It was so important for (to me that ) this poor service information to get to the Client, that I wonder if it has reached the Client, even though it was excluded from pay. Can they do that?

@salisburync Can you elaborate on what you mean that "legally" they can't share a report with the client while excluding pay for the shopper. Is that in IC contract?
Update to my "excluded" shop (just in case y'all were sittin' on pins and needles waitin' to learn more ;-)

I decided to send the scheduler an email. Sent it from the Sassie Help/Contact section.
I Included my email address up where the scheduler's email address is listed (so I wld receive a cc: copy).
The email was short, sweet, and to the point. Stating that by excluding the long, narrative intensive report would be a shame, as the client needed to know that their employees at this Big Box Store are rude, lazy, and well, rude!

Oh, and I also mentioned that I had not seen that particular Big Box Store, for that particular city, appear back on their job board, and about how I had been checking for it to reappear EVERY single day.

A day or two goes by. I'm reading all I can about Ipsos out here on the forum, and I realize I have not heard back from the scheduler. I send her another email asking if she would please look into this excluded shop for me.
Then I logged back into the Sassie platform, and I see this message:

"Reviewer comments: excluded with pay"

Go figure, because I sure have never received that kind of comment before on any report I have ever written.

Oh, AND I have already been paid for the shop.

Go Figure and thank you, Mr/Ms/Mrs Scheduler!!
