brand new to Sinclair, need help!

I just signed up as a mystery shopper and Sinclair is the first company I signed up with. I just accepted a shop for tomorrow and completed all the tasks but it says to use an alias name and the name will be on the assignment sheet but I can't find that anywhere. Is that given on the day of the assignment or something? Also when I am ready to fill that out do I print it out and write on it and scan it back or do I fill it out online? Thank you for any help!

do they add the assignment sheet to your account only on the day of the actual shop?

I'm sorry, I hope someone with more experience with Sinclair chimes in. Just explore the website, click on everything; you may find the answers.
It should be listed under "upcoming shops" on the home page. It will show the shop there, on the due date it will have a button to enter the shop. The "Enter" button will not show until the shop is ready to complete.
ok great, thank you, now the only thing I still can not find is the alias name they want me to use. I have looked everywhere. It says it will be on the assignment sheet but the only things I see are the questionnaire and the instruction sheet which I have read over and over and I can not find it. If you have any idea please let me know.. Thank you for your response!
They don't always have the alias name listed. Whatever name you use, just let them know.

If this is a bank, the alias is always listed on the first page of the instructions in my experience. You fill out the report online and attach your pictures to the online report.
Your alias name is on the first page of the report that you look at when you log in or if you print it. It is almost in the middle 1/3 of the first page. I am guessing you are doing one of their bank shops. Much good luck! In my area they are very time consuming. Also, if it is, do not give them your cell phone (as per instructions) because they will see any/all of your shopping apps - just tell them your battery was dead and you left your cell in the car to charge. If they see your apps and report that you were the shopper, you risk not being paid.
Is it the wait to see someone or the shop itself that makes them so time consuming? I have some of these in my area but have never done one. Do they really ask for your phone?

I am pretty sure that I know the client, but it could be different in another area of the country. In my tri-state area, I rarely have to wait more than a minute or two for a CSR. The discussion has ranged from 5 minutes (really sad CSR) to 20 minutes (really good discussion). The reports are easy. They always ask for my name. The instructions require giving them my correct first name (that is the way I interpret the instructions), which I do, and the last name that the MSC provides. About 25% of the time, they ask for my last name. About 2/3 of the time, they ask for my phone number. The instructions allow you to make up a phone number. I use a system which makes easy to remember the number in case they read it back or ask to verify it 5 minutes later.

A scheduler called me today for that shop. I asked her what alias I needed to use. She said there was not one listed, so I could use any name.
