Market Force Help Desk Help

Anyone have another email for reaching the help desk?

They sent me an email the other day requesting additional information, but that information was not known by the associate (it was an audit) so I followed the form directions and put unavailable. I replied and explained why the information was not known.

I've received two other emails from the help desk since then asking for the same info. They are titled Second and Third Request so I am assuming they have not received my reply even though I have now sent three. I am lost as how to reach them since they don't seem to be reading the emails.

Who do you call? do you have a number? I've tried finding a number for them many times and all I get is number for independent schedulers who work from their home. If you can share your number, I for one will be eternally grateful.
Are you calling the blue portal or the purple?

The phone number I have for Market Force is 303-402-6989 though I have no idea whether this is blue or purple or just administrative. It would be a place to start. A recent blue portal email stated: " If you need to correspond with us, e-mail HelpDesk@marketforce.com referencing the Project and Assignment ID."
Success! The marketforce blue portal # is 800-669-6526. Tell the person who answers your shopper id # and that you are calling about a shop. I love the search feature on my Droid!

I guess it does not matter now because I received an invalid shop email today. NOW I finally received a reply from the help desk apologizing that it did not work out for me.
I would call anyway and see if they will work with you!

Generally when MF is requesting "more" info, it comes from the INQUIRY desk. Send Ur additional info back through the Inquiry desk and then send a copy to the Help desk.

One, only have less than 24 hours to reply. The times starts when MF sends you the first request.

The 1-800 number has a menu that is hard to decipher but it can work for you.

Next time they call you about an assignment, write the number and ext. down. And call it when you run into trouble.
