I have been doing mystery shopping for about 6 months. I have done many for Shoppers Confidential, but this month, one was marked "hold pay". I emailed my scheduler to find out why, who forwarded it to the editor. The web shop was to be conducted prior to 4pm local time of the store . I did it shortly after 4pm my time, which is Atlantic time, while the shop was in the mid west. I let the editor know this, but she hasn't replied to my emails. This is unfair! Is there someone else that I can contact, other than the editor?
