Is Service Measure Shoppers a legitimate company.

They say that they pay $350 per shop plus your shopping expenses up front. This seems much higher than most messages say about reimbursement and pay for mystery shopping.

Would appear to be a scam. Was this an email or a certified check you received in the mail? Most mystery shopping companies do not pay upfront costs, and scams are rampant right now.
That's a scam. They mashed 2 legit company's names together. Junk the e-mail, or report it.
Report it to the police and to the US Postal Inspectors if you received the information by mail. They can shut down mail service to street addresses and post office boxes.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
Thank you for your advice. I sent their emails to junk and blocked any further communication with my email provider. They sent me a package (as of yet unopened) via FedEx. I'm guessing that they did this to avoid US Postal Inspectors shutting them down. Any advice where to take the package to help prevent further scams? Should I just trash the package. I was sent multiple text messages by FedEx asking for someone to sign for the package and arrange a delivery time, but I never responded so they dropped it at my front door anyway. Thanks for responding to my request so quickly and with good advice!

I think you can drop it off at a FedEx office and say you're returning it.
I wouldn't teturn it thru FedEx. But you should contact the FTC. Also, I wonder if FedEx would be interested in knowing that scammers are using their service to conduct fraudulent activities?

Aaah, new twist? I guess they figured out that using the USPS for fraud carries a hefty penalty.
