Is anyone having issues recieving payment from Confero? I would like a contact number please. Shops done Aug 31st and Sept 1st. still no payment received and today is the 25th of Oct.

Email shopperpayments@conferoinc.com. You should have been paid for the shop you did on 8/31. I received payment on 10/14/19 for shops completed 8/16-8/31. For the shop you did on 9/1, Confero will pay around 10/25- 10/30.
Get used to it--Confero is one of the slowest companies to pay their shoppers. Nearly 60 days when you count their silly 5 day window of receiving your payment.
Yet they would their reports submitted the same day you do the assignment.
Not a very good company!!!
However long they take, they are reliable.

Was promised a bonus but did not get it had to send in the email that stated what the bonus was for. still waiting on the rest of my money.
I applied for and was accepted for a shop with a $10.00 bonus. Three days later I get an email from the scheduler saying that she was sorry, but when she emailed shoppers for this particular shop, she accidentally added a $10.00 bonus. It was a mistake and she is human. I emailed her that I signed up for the shop fee plus the bonus. So please remove this shop from my assigned shops unless the bonus is reinstated. she emailed back that she with cancel the shop. Two days later I get an email from her reminding me that when I accept a shop I am obligated to do it. What?????? I have not replied yet. Any advice?

Did it seem like a form email? Many schedulers send out emails like that a couple days in advance to all shoppers that have a shop scheduled on a certain day just as a reminder. I would reply to the email chain where she said she would cancel it and politely confirm that she was able to cancel it since you got a reminder email.
