Field Agent in Nevada

I’m in Las Vegas for a few days and noticed that Field Agent has jobs listed here. I have read before that to do mystery shops in Nevada you need to have a Work Card. Is Field Agent different since they might be considered audits? Can I legally do them here?

Probably not. But you might check with the Nevada PI Licensing Board which administers the ID/registration program for the card needed to be legal in MS there.

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I see Mobee has jobs in Nevada too. The fine is $2500 for not having work card so not worth attempting any without knowing for sure. Will have to investigate further before my next trip here.
My guess is no as you do need a Vegas card to work in Vegas...be careful you could be fined. Maybe Steve will come on, he would know. I have NV. work card, PM me when you return.

Live consciously....

I think I missed some info. on Field Agent. Is that a mobile app? Needs to be downloaded to cell phone and not set up on computer?
