KSS / Maritz

Hi all,

Quick question...when completing a shop that is scheduled by KSS but the shop is through Maritz, do I have to submit and invoice (as stated on the Maritz guidelines) or is an invoice submitted on my behalf (as stated in the KSS) guidelines. I don’t see anywhere on Maritz to submit an invoice but I want to make sure I am paid correctly. This setup is very confusing to me.

You submit an invoice through Maritz, always. You close out the shop through KSS.

To submit an invoice with Maritz, click on "My Shops" then "Submit Invoice."

Yep, you have to submit an invoice with Maritz. I always do it as soon as I finish the evaluation. I don't want to forget.
