I was just looking over the "long" audit guidelines from last year. There were 56 questions. Questions included:
Were all electrical switches, outlets, faceplates, and cords in good condition?
Was a first aid kit present, and was it stocked excluding any oral medications or medications supplied by employees?
These are just two examples. We were required to personally check these items. Meaning, literally look inside the first aid kit. Then also take photos if not compliant. And literally walk around the entire store and check all of the switches, outlets, faceplates and cords.
These jobs take me just under 1 minute per question. Really don't know how someone could actually do this faster and be thorough.
