Seelevel Oddness - Out of business?

I cannot log into SeeLevel, and I have had the same login for years...and...no one is answering my emails there. This is the message I got when I just logged in again...are they out of business?

This site can’t be reachedseelevelshoppers.com took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Jumping from the inability to reach a website to publically speculating that a company is out of business is irresponsible.

Yeah, they're definitely not out of business. They're constantly picking up new clients in my area. They've started scheduling for some of MartizCX's bank shops.
