Secrets to finding airport shops?

Hi everyone - I hope your new year is treating you well.

I'm soliciting any advice and/or companies to check out for airport assignments. I have tons of travel planned over the next several months with plenty of downtime to complete shops. Thanks, ya'll.

@nicole.tabora just a heads up, some airports only allow you to go into the wing in which your flight is taking off/landing. I have made this mistake with Miami and Kansas City Airport. Some airports are all open (Pittsburgh), but things are constantly changing so maybe Pittsburgh has changed as well. Just something to keep in mind!

Customer Service Experts is the main one. They handle a majority of airport shops. Service Sense and Ann Michaels have a few at a couple of major airports

This takes a lot of planning. Know what gate(s) you will be in and contact the MSCs to find out what shops are available. Have the scheduler on standby in case you have a gate change. Do it sooner than later in case certain shops fly off the board.

When I went to France, I made the mistake of waiting until I got to the airport to look for shops. Not a single shop was available. No shops at my departure airport and no shops at my layover airport. I scheduled 4 shops for my return layover. After the movie on the return flight, I read the guidelines for the shops, calculated my cash for the duty free shop, etc., etc. As we approached the airport, gate change with no access to the previous gate. I contact the scheduler. I heard back from him when I was in the air headed home.

Ipsos has some; Bare used to (haven't checked lately); Market Stat has at least one; you might try Verify International for airport parking (haven't worked for them in awhile).

I've completed shops at Logan for Merc. ACL and ISS have airport shops and I've done multiple, I think I did ones at DFW, PHL and SEA through one or the other. Customer Service Experts is a good one, I've done shops at multiple airports through them.

There are scattered ones thru the Kern scheduling site as well. They have a burger chain. Also a coffee sandwich shop thru one of their other companies. If you look at their scheduling site u will find these if still available. In case you are flying thru LAX you can now access terminals 4 thru 8 and the international term behind security but be forewarned it is a long walk!

You can also take a Delta shuttle bus (post-security) from the International Terminal to Terminal 3 and Terminal 2. They don't check your boarding pass to see if you're actually flying Delta or not. The only terminal not connected to the rest post-security is Terminal 1.
