I did a shop for them on Feb. 3 and I had the check in my hand on Feb. 8 - I was shocked. I've only done 5 shops for them scheduled through KSS but they've all been easy and I have been paid in a (very) timely manner.
Assuming you're talking about QAMS, and not complaints (as in "qualms"!), the pay is terribly low for the two shops they have in my area; one is $7 and the other is $8. They both have reimbursements, but neither store carries things I generally need.

That said, as TexasBeagle indicated, they pay very promptly.
QAMS has nothing in my area, been registered for years, never had a thing.

Live consciously....
I signed up with them years ago, but they have nothing in my area according to their job board on their site. A scheduling company's site though shows one shop in my 50 mile radius for them, but the dates/times it can be shopped are never when I am in that city.
I have worked for them for 4-5 years I am thinking. They assign shops a month ahead and tend to use the same shoppers. I have done the same 2-3 shops for them each month for years now. They have a few accounts that KSS schedules (which tend to pay a dollar less). They may very well have something in your area but have regular shoppers who are assigned the shops before they ever hit the job board.

I know that has to be true. I've applied for dozens of QAMS jobs and never once received an assignment-whether it was from KSS or QAMS.

I don't know why I bother except I like tweaking KSSGreg-just so he sends me the response saying it's already assigned.
Well, at least Greg does that! Some KSS schedulers don't notify, which I hate.

I received one assignment early on, which I was fine to do at the low pay, just to get my feet wet with the company. However, I had a glitch inputting the form, and when I contacted the scheduler for assistance, they decided to help me out by doing it themselves, and taking the information from me verbally. At the time, I was appreciative, but when I was never able to get the other shop in my area, I wondered if the scheduler just assumed that I was a bad shopper. That said, I stopped applying for that shop. As time has marched on, and I realize there are better paying jobs, I'm just not interested. In the future, I might dive in again, but it would only be to supplement another job in the same area. I'm not making a special trip for 7 or 8 bucks.
