Does anyone ever find that some MF shops stay in QC longer than usual? I usually get the shops when they need them done ASAP. They usually get approved within hours. I did one of those shops last night and had a problem. I was not charged for one of the 3 required items. Do they have to verify that I actually ordered it before they approve it? Also, the manager switched spots with the cashier and the cashier’s name and description was not even close to the manager’s. I know who the name belongs to having had him before and his name is very unusual.

It happens. It's probably all fine. Sometimes it's quick, and sometimes it takes a few days.

Anecdotally, it sometimes seems like the slow ones correspond to shops where there's a lot of negative to report. Also it sometimes but not always seems like they can go incredibly fast when near a deadline. End of month or quarter, etc.

Thanks! I guess I worry that I handled the problem ok in the report. Normally this is an exceptional shop, so never had any negatives to report before this. It is at the end of their cycle. That’s when they call me!

I'm not sure, I rarely check to see how long they take to QC. As long as I get paid the next month, I'm happy!
