Do you find app incredibly slow. There are times I cant get it to work. You have to check in so taking the pictures and filling in later is not an option.
I did the grocery shops for the test the app shops. 6 in less than 1 hour, in and out, checking in on presto as I was getting out of the car, then snap photos, pay and leave. Went home, filled out one to know the different phone version info and then was completing each one on the computer, saving it, and then going to the cell phone, uploading the photos and submitting. It took me 5 minutes to complete each report. I did the gas dark audit the exact same way and the motor oil audit.@panama18 wrote:
I wondered if you could do it that way. Thanks for the info.

You only have to check in at a location to unlock the report, not fill out the report in place. Especially when it is too cold, I just unlock the report, take all the photos and go home to fill in the reports. I did 6 shops for another project yesterday, checked in, took all reports, fill them at home on my computer and then uploaded photos on each and submitted.

Yesterday I ended up spending an extra 45 minutes trying to get a section to save (since I wouldn't be home before my 24 hour period expired), ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the app to get it to submit. Unfortunately, that caused my pictures to appear to be duplicates and the shop was denied (which you currently can't appeal). I have sent an email to the person I reported my issue to yesterday at Ipsos (as the Presto person, after messaging me about the issue I posted about on the Dark Audits never gave me the courtesy of a further reply) so hopefully something will happen. She acknowledged knowing that Presto does have some issues, for whatever that will be worth.

I had a similar issue. It would not save my completed evaluation. It keep saying I was missing an answer but I wasn’t. No one responded to my requests for assistance so the report disappeared at the 24 hour mark. I did the complete report in the app and had left the site so I was out of luck.
I’m going to reach out... maybe the pix stay in their database?? Not happy about this!!

I have been doing the green shops since Maritz started them. Never an issue, never a rejected shop. I am at 2 so far for duplicate photos. Very frustrating. Just like the past, I take a ridiculous amount of photos as backup. I have never intentionally used the same photo twice or cropped a photo. It says you can't appeal, but did anyway I also emailed the editor. Of course , no response. In my opinion, that's what made Maritz great. Always a phone call away, all the green jobs I did, were taken from Maritz, edited by Maritz and we could contact Maritz. I wish they would tell you what was a "duplicate." Very unprofessional. I offered to send my entire folder of photos where each picture when clicked would show time taken. But, no response. I would like to thank them for taking $38 from my wallet.
Lastly, their report still states a reimbursement amount of $2 gas, and $1 inside, but the $19 is a flat rate. Perhaps they should change their wording in the report.
I don't have a lot of faith that anything will change unless they can't get assignments completed quickly enough to meet their deadlines. Right now, I think it's less expensive to have these just repost for someone else to grab rather than fix the bugs. Also, if we essentially handle all of the scheduling duties for them they save on scheduling costs. I used to put together routes and take them out of town in some relatively far flung areas, I doubt I'll do that any more because I can't trust that my work will save properly. Due to the 24 hour deadline, the possibility that locations I have routes make sense be available, the lack of bonuses, and the fact that there is only 24 hours to make corrections or work goes unpaid, these no longer make sense for me except as fillers. I guess, if you can rush out of the house at a moment's notice, it would work for you.@frostycakes wrote:
What is with this app, seriously? I have tried it on 3 different phones, and it is nothing but grief for me. It loads slow, it crashes, it refreshes and loses data, it sometimes gets stuck and won't do anything at all. The best one is when it got stuck in the editor version of the app and won't let me finish the report. Emailed and got no response.I've tried to do 2 of these shops so far, and it's taking me so long to finish the reports I just want to give up. I can't be the only one having these problems, right?
