Coyle pending validation

Are your Coyle shops getting approved?

I completed one, and it was marked "ok for pay" after three days. Another shop has been marked "pending validation" for 20 days. I emailed Coyle support and asked if they needed any additional information, etc, and they said no.

Has this ever happened to you with Coyle? It makes me hesitant to take any more shops for them, especially considering how much money is involved.

I have had them pending for long periods of time but have not encountered your situation. They have shorted me the past two jobs for what appears to be the side item. Everything was a la carte and it was a requirement. I am guessing that I mentioned sprigs of arugula on my entree and they interpreted that as a side. Not worth it to me to get into with them.
My shop completed the first week of February was approved for pay after a week however I have not received a shop grade yet. The charges have been reversed and i'm still awaiting a score.
are all coyle shops on shopmetrics now?

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
They have different approval timelines for different clients...and different editorial staff for those. I submitted a restaurant last week that was finalized the following day, and yet a I have a hotel from President's Day that's still pending. The 'checklist-only' inspections seem to take the longest. I've had them sit for 3-4 weeks......
This is for a place I have visited previously, they have multiple locations. Coyle wrote back and said it had to do with the client.

Understood, however, if my charges have been reversed and my shop was "Ok for Pay" surely I should have received a grade?

Not complaining as I'd rather the charges drop of my credit card before a shop score but it seems odd...

Coyle editors don’t always send grades. I get grades about 70 percent of the time.
