Alta 360 - Still in business?

This is a Gigspot MSC. ...Still owed $150 for January and February parking shops. ...Have been told twice that "...the check is in the mail." but nothing yet. I am worried that they are out of business. Anyone have a contact there?

419 535 5757 is the main number. Press 2 and then first three letters of your scheduler's name to be connected to their desk or voicemail if they're not available.
I believe Matt Dumas & Stephanie Light are handling MOST things right now. Try calling and requesting their extension.
I've been getting direct deposit from them for over a decade. Always around the last day of the month following the month shops were completed. I received pay for my February shops and I have no doubt that I will be paid for March shops in a couple days. Are you sure you are talking about the same company?
In a post a few months ago, I confused the two 360 companies, substituting Ritter when I meant Goodwin. To my knowledge, I have never read that Ritter was late, but Goodwin, in the past, had so many reports of tardiness I dropped them.

Folks, my above error taught me that, in the future, before I post a comment that is anything less than positive, to triple check my statement, least I damage a reputable MSC's name.
I got paid by Alta360 this morning for my March shops. On the FAQS page, there is email listed for the schedulers and managers.
I haven't even looked at my bank account today, but if everyone else got paid I'm sure mine is there too.

Alta360 Research is open, but many of us are temporarily furloughed due to the pandemic, including me. But there is most likely someone monitoring the main generic email on the website. That may be your best way to get through. I just wanted to mention that, since I don't know if that list of scheduler contacts listed, is current. I believe many of the scheduler emails are temporarily, being filtered to someone else during this time, but it may take longer to hear back.

So I just wanted to say that if my name is on that list, just know that I won't personally see the emails, for now.

I work with them this month and last and have already been paid for everything except this month and it will be last of June for that check/

Alta360 susie-is your company holding payroll for some reason?

Susie already stated she has been furloughed. I don't think it appropriate for shoppers to query MSC employees regarding the MSC's payroll. While we don't want to see any company fail to pay its employees, our concern is weather they pay their vendors, such as us.
I don't understand this at all. I get direct deposit. I've personally never had a problem in nearly 20 years. Are you signed up with direct deposit?

This is no longer true. The office has been "closed" due to the pandemic. Most employees have been furloughed.
That goes into a loop just se em D's you back to initial recording. What is strange is if you press operator you will get a message from a totally different MSC saying to leave a message. But then if your attempt that your abruptly cut off saying your message is too short
At the end of recording with operator at Alta 360 Research you get a message thanking you for calling Ritter and Associates. You can't leave a message because it cuts you off saying message is too short but again mentioned Ritter and Associates. Anyone know what's up there??
Ritter & Associates is the name they had before changing it to Alta 360 a few years ago. No idea why it's still being used.
Great, well, they don't asnswer phone calls or emails, and Iam not sure I wnat to spend $200 in trying to get paid $150. So I guess I am left with saying that Alta 360 sucks, and to go straight to the client!

I just saw some jobs on their board for the first time since March so I guess they are still in business. The shops were storage types.
Yeah, I've seen some available in my state, but nothing in my particular area. So maybe they'll be starting up more very soon.
Bad idea, and a violation of the IC agreement.

I am sympathetic that you are owed so much; but the client's employees might well be furloughed, as well.
