Hi Jemjulie. Forum rules say not to mention the client name and the mystery shopping company together. It's a violation of the ICAs we signed when we agreed to work with the various companies. I would edit out the company name in your thread title so you can get an answer to your question. Otherwise, the mods will delete your whole post and you may not get an answer.
