Market Force Invalid shop Photo(s) are duplicates from another shop:

I have just been burned again my MF Fast Food Shop . One shop because I shopped early, It has not been a problem before but IT IS NOW. But the one i can not understand is this one Photo(s) are duplicates from another shop: I added photo of the canopy that has lost it's end cap on the fascia lights ( the round one that has a Yellow and Red cap on the end of the tube). I am required to upload any photo I took (but after this NEVER again) . Required photos are receipt and food entree. I wanted to show them the problems to the Drive up window area and on the canopies and used photo take from the same shop three days earlier.

We need to inform you that we will not be able to submit the shop you did on 6/14/2020 to the Client for payment. This is bad news for all of us because without a report that meets the guidelines to submit to the Client we do not get paid, you do not get paid, and the Client does not get to see the results of your evaluation so valuable information might have been lost that they could have used.
Our Quality Control Department was unable to submit your report to our Client for the following reason:
Photo(s) are duplicates from another shop: Original AID.

Pull out your hard copy of the Guidelines/Questionnaire so that you can verify whether your report did or did not fully comply with what had to be done during the shop and whether you include all images and receipts that had to be submitted with your report. By your filled-in answers on your copy of the Questionnaire, did you make a data entry error in your report?
Did you use the Review function of the Report prior to submitting it? It only takes a few minutes to compare your notes with what you entered in your report and it is better for you to catch your mistakes before we do or our Client does!
If you believe that our auditor might have made a mistake in arriving at their decision, please e-mail us immediately and if our research supports your position, we will ask our Quality Control Department for a reconsideration of your shop.
If, however, you made the mistake, we may or may not be able to ask for a reconsideration.

Does ANYONE have the email for Ray Walsh or John Scott so I can maybe get my Money?

The notification you received is a standard notice that MF issues whenever there is a problem. Contact the Help Desk and kindly explain what happened. They will probably forward your information accordingly, and you should receive a response. I can tell you that any Mystery Shop company is strict in terms of dates and time frames. The reasons for this include they often have other shoppers scheduled at other days/time and cannot have more than one shopper shopping at the same time. Another reason is that the Client has instructed the mystery shopping company specific days and times to be shopped. I am surprised that has never been a problem before "now." You can count on it being a problem from now on. Regarding the duplicate photos, if you sent a photo that had already been submitted from a previous shop, their computer system will automatically flag it, and cause the shop to be rejected. In your case, you've indicated that particular photo was not required. I would contact the Help Desk, and explain why you sent that picture. I have contacted them because of duplicate pictures I mistaking sent, and had the shop accepted. However, I have also made mistakes, explained to the Help Desk, but still had it rejected.
