Merchandiser App: How do you print out LOA or "sell sheet"?

Tech dinosaur here.

The app is, of course, on my phone.

I do not have a wireless printer. Everyone I know personally who prints off their phone just points the phone at the printer and clicks "print" -- and, presto-chango, it prints. With a wireless printer.

I have an iPhone 6.

I've checked on-line, and for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to print out the stuff that's required.

"Synch" stuff is over my head; so that's basically out.

Any suggestions, ideas, how do YOU print it off?

I did think about e-mailing it to myself and printing it from that (I'm not totally hopeless, ya know!), but there doesn't seem to be any option to text it or e-mail it to myself.

TIA.

I am pretty good with tech stuff and still have issues printing out some LOAs on some apps. There are times I have emailed the app and asked them email me the LOAs.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
I'll check the app and see if there's any "contact us" option.

Thanks for the idea!
I personally put a pdf of the letter on the home screen of my phone. If a manager needs to see it, that is what I show them. No one has asked.

I don't have a printer. For items that need to be printed, I go to a mail box store.

Use the "send file" function, not the print function. From there you email the file to yourself if you are printing at home, or to a third party such as staples@printme.com.

I assume you must have a computer or laptop at home hardwired to a printer? If so, pull the document up on that and then use the print function or whatever procedure you use to print anything else.

Whiterosie, are you saying the documents are available on a website for the app?

(Yes, computer hardwired to printer. )
Share the letter and select email. You can also share it with your printer via Bluetooth.

LOL. No Bluetooth here.

Um...what does "share the letter" mean?

I freely admit my ignorance is vast.

And I have no idea what "put the letter on my home page on my phone" means. I don't think I have a "home page". I've got a screen with a bunch of icons, and none of them is "home".

1. Pull up document from either the app on your phone or your log on the MSC's website and pull it up from "Download Guidelines."

2. If using your home computer, click the print button.

3. If using your phone, click the send file button. Choose program. I choose Gmail. Insert your email address and hit send. Then pull up your email on your home computer and print however you normally would.

If this discussion happens to be about Customer Impact and the GoSpotCheck app, since you are printing from a hardwired printer anyway, I'd skip the phone and simply pull up the guidelines from your Sassie log and print. It's much faster.
Thank you for the explanation. I must skip the phone part, as I haven't a clue. I do know how to print from a website or my e-mail at home. I'm just no good on the iPhone thingy. Over my poor, thick head!

Thanks for taking the time to explain in such a way to enable me to follow. Clear and concise! Thanks!
