Anyone hearing back from Ipsos? Contacted them to tell them I need 1 day extension to pick up cellphone I ordered on line. Never heard back. I’m not picking up a cellphone and incur restocking charges that won’t be reimbursed if I don’t get the OK. Would you?

Did you ever hear back from Ipsos? What did you do about picking up the cellphone?
I did get the one day extension and picked up the phone. Now I need to return it. Thanks.
I've been thinking about picking up one of those buy/return cell phone shops. Was it difficult to do? Worth the fee?
It’s very easy. But one of the companies (not sure if I’m allowed to say their name here) after I returned the phone they put me in collections. Since it happened twice it’s probably standard practice. It’s a hassle to straighten out but it’s a quick $75. Or $80 now. I can private message you the company name if you’d like.
No, you can't. Not without violating forum rules and your ICA.

The client may be named or the MSC may be named but not both. Since the MSC has been named already, naming the the client would violate forum rules.

It's probably also a violation of your agreement with the MSC as most stipulate that their clients may not be identified.

I've done them several times with no issues. I just track to make sure that my account is truly canceled. I've gotten paid every time and reimbursed.

Easy but they can be time consuming. I arrived just as the solo employee to help me went out for linch. Ther was 55 minutes waiting for him to return that Ill never see again. Once returned employee was struggling with computer system and very slow.
