Another Ipsos Issue?

Had a order on-line pick up in store cellphone shop. Cellphone company doesn’t offer that option. Was told in writing to change the shop to buy in store. So I did the shop. Next thing I get an email to cancel the shop. But I already bought a phone and have incurred activation charges. Emailed the scheduler 2 days ago looking for explanation. No answer.

I’ve done 79 shops for this company and this is the first time I’ve encountered issues with both cellphone shops I did. Now what? What would you do?

Email the scheduler a second time. I did, after waiting two days. Responded immediately, problem solved.
