NEED ADVISE FOR IPSOS APP. Anyone uses it ?

I m new member. I just install the app. but it keeps saying wrong username and passwords Username here is email ? Thank you!

Follow the instructions on their site, [www.ishopforipsos.com]. Once you login, hit the home icon the instructions are on the right under help.

Also You have to have good internet service for it to work.
