And I have the pleasure (NOT!) of scrolling up and down to find my state in your SASSIE shop posting emails because you never bothered to learn how to use SASSIE correctly so that the postings list the states alphabetically.

I politely asked one scheduler. She did not see a problem and declined to learn.
