Why not just write one sample narrative and paste it into the different sites.

If they all asked me to write about the same thing I would. Some ask for past experience, one asks for a narrative about my worst restaurant experience, others ask for best experience but one wants me to not use pronouns, etc. If I have time to customize my answer and show that I can comprehend what is asked of me, why wouldn't I do that?

I've got several narratives saved on my computer, and modify them as necessary.
