IPSOS, I'm A Good Shopper

According to the IPSOS scoring method, I am a good shopper, receiving eights and tens in their ratings.
So, that being said, I am into the second month of the IPSOS gas stations that are requested the previous month and assigned the next month (following shopper rules of performing every other month).
Yet, I find that many of the shops that I requested are not there! Oh, I think to myself, maybe like Maritz they're on the Job Board and I have to self-assign. Always a PITA, but I go with the flow. Tomorrow is February 1, yet I still do not see any of the shops. I'm wondering, do they await the new month before putting up shops to be performed in that month?
I'm not sure and there really is no one to ask that question.
What gives?

I emailed the scheduler at KSS, Pete. He just responded and said that they are focusing on the January shops that rolled over into February and that the February shops should be on the board in a few days. I also was assigned the ones I had requested from December last week and I’ve been anxiously awaiting the rest of them to show up on the board.

I JUST received an email saying that the February shops are now available on the jobs board! Good luck!

Depending on what station you are looking at the can be on Sassie, Shopmetrices, and KSS. I have quit looking on Maritz for the only shops showing up were Blue shops and KSS web site is where there was a complete list of them for my area. and not on any of the other sites.

Yes, they are on the Job Board as of February 1.

Not really a big deal, but, I have been shorted some shops that I did the previous time and had requested to repeat per shopper guidelines.
One of the shops I requested shows up as only being able to perform in a later week. Well, that screws up my routing procedure since my other shops near it i am doing in the first week, not the next. Nothing is nearby that week, so, I have to let it go.
So, to put it more succinctly, what is the point of asking the shopper if they wish to perform the shop again if they are penalized due to the next month's shopper or lack thereof?
So, like I said, I'm a good shopper, getting eights and tens. Just shake my head.
