Without knowing the specifics, I suspect each shop will average 5 minutes (prep time, call time, report time) if all goes well. That assumes that the phone is answered on the first try and you are not put on hold, and that the report is very easy. So, 5 minutes means $12 per hour. That sounds low, but you have no expenses and no downtime between shops.

But - $1 for a phone shop is very low. I'd be inclined to try a few if they allow you to see the report in advance and it looks alright. I am dubious.

Eeps. I'm not doing a $1 phone shop unless the call is 2 minutes and the report is 3-5.
Several years ago, Trendsource offered calls at 50 cents; a dollar would be a 100% increase. Their business model is to pay poorly, but rapidly. Last month, I completed a single phone shop; it paid $15. This morning, I was offered several at $5, for which I passed. It is simply a matter of how desperate and/or bored are you?.
