Have not been able to get in on Shopmetrics or Sassie all night. Get message saying "The page isn't redirecting properly"

I can't get in for the last hour. Tried different browsers and devices. Getting a 404 - Site Not Available message.

Who has time for this???? Grrrrrrrr
