Presto Gas Shop Quiz

I have taken this test 15 times and keep failing. I have the guide, which I read several times. Any tips from anyone who has passed it?

I have had luck with emailing the general MSP email address, asking which question I have missed.

Thank you. I just emailed them. Maybe I can finally get the answers they want.

I recall having problems with a couple of questions. Very ambiguous. I did email the contact with the questions copied, the possible answers and the one(s) I thought were correct.

That certification is a mystery to me too, I quit trying to take it, decided that I probably don't need or want to do those stations anymore, at least for now. Maybe if my knees get better, or I get them replaced, or if the effects of Covid that are still haunting me lessen some and I get some stamina back, I'll put more effort into taking that certification again then.
Has anyone passed this test and can help me? I've taken it ten times today and failed every time. I've been doing this shop for 3 years.
I've contacted the scheduler with no response. One question is so ambiguous. Are photos with people allowed? Well, it just says to avoid in the paperwork. Unfortunately it's not my only questionable item. Should I keep waiting for a response or just keep trying?
Photos with people's faces is not allowed for BP. I finally passed last night. Someone on here helped me. Thank you, Kate!
Yikes! Did my first one. Doesn't tell you what was right or wrong. Gonna be a fun one. I'll hold off. I don't do them regularly so I take the guidelines with me and review while doing my first few shops.
