Pinnacle payments

Does anybody know how they pay?? I've finally supposedly been paid for a shop in April but I can't figure out how they paid - nothing in my PayPal or bank account. Haven't heard back from them.

I did work for them a few years ago. They paid by PayPal at the end of the month the month following the shop. Pay was clockwork.
