Market Force long audit

How long does this usually take? How many pages are needed to print? Or can ut be done on the app? Is employee involved? There are little details listed.

If this is for the phone store audit, the long one typically takes me between 45 minutes to an hour. If I remember right there are around 30 pages to print. You don't have to print all of them, but there is one at the end that needs a manager signature so that will need to be printed. I do strongly encouraged printing it though just so you have a hard copy which is easier to read verses on the phone.
It's been a while since I did the LONG audit. Yes, you need the employee(s). The last group I did took me 45 - 60 minutes and had 52 questions. I always submit them at home with my computer. It is inefficient to submit while I am on my route, because I could use that time to do more shops. I shop my route first and then submit all shops after I return home.

You need only print the pages one time except for the page that the manager signs. Instead of printing a set of pages for each shop, I use a different color pen for each location. A pack of colored pens last years and is much cheaper than ink and paper for a printer.
AZwolfman, the colored ink idea is great! I'm going to start doing that.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
I really like these audits once they get a good bonus on them. If everything is compliant, reporting afterwards is a snap. It is one of those that takes longer at the location but is straightforward.
What exactly do we need to do for these audits? I don’t want to go in there looking like a fool.
If you print out the paperwork and carry it in on a clipboard, it has step-by-step directions. Very specific. You will be asking employees to show you things so the audit can take an hour or more if you have to wait your turn between customers. Kind of weird that the shop can take an hour inside but just a few minutes to debrief.
Always wanted to do one of these when the bonuses get ripe, unfortunately I have advanced osteoarthritis in my left knee, which makes standing in place for more than about 10 minutes excruciatingly painful (walking around diminishes the pain but I don't think I can do this audit while walking in circles lol). Likely getting knee replacement later this year so maybe next year.

I cannot recall standing in one place for even 5 minutes while on oneof these audits. There are things to observe while you are waiting for an associate to become available. Go during slow business times. For this area it is from an hour after opening until about 1:30 PM. That is easily enough time to get your maximum 2 shops per day in.
I have one tip that seems to help move things along quickly. I usually tell the manager that the shop can be completed within 45 minutes if we have a minimum of interruptions. This usually keeps them motived to not allow too many interruptions.

Of course, going at a busy time (late afternoon/evening) would definitely make the shop take longer.
I used to do that when I did merchandising. Use Black, blue, green, and red ink. Then label the stores that I went to with the color ink that I used, When I entered on the computer I would mark them out.
