The one who returned my red/white/blue conditional reveal shop for incorrect receipts when the correct receipts were attached in the first place.

The editor failed to note the address as provided was wrong, and that I had I corrected it in the shop form, with the correct address matching one receipt and both receipts showing the same chain store location number.

Nice attention to detail, IPSOS!

The client always asks in the report if the address is correct and for 20 years I have provided the correct address for a few stations. They never update it. Why even bother to ask? It's a waste of time.

I had one for Maritz that was listed in the wrong state. They finally corrected it after several years, but since the other state does have a city of the same name, the first time I did it I was sent on a wild goose chase in a thunderstorm trying to find it.

There is another one that lists the wrong city name, since there are two cities in the same state with similar names. They have never corrected it even though I have been reporting it all these years. A new shopper could wind up going 100 miles away to the wrong location, but they still don't fix it even after the switch to the new software and IPSOS.

There were two stations near me that were listed in the wrong state. I only noticed them, at a heavily bonused rate because I was bored one day and checking other nearby places for a potential road trip. It occurred to me that I had never done those locations that in actuality were within 20 miles from me. I emailed about it first telling them that I believed they were in my state, and I got the go ahead and did them. Entered the correct address in the "wrong address" field. It took three periods before they eventually fixed it. I took my nice bonus each period.

I have been doing a lot of the gas station shops named after the exoskeleton of a mollusk. The first round that I did a few weeks ago were a huge mess with editing. Extremely inconsistent, and little to no feedback. The ones that I did earlier this week have all come back as nines or tens with no feedback. I'm guessing that because they are in crunch time, they don't have the time to be quite as picky as they were before. I have been doing these exactly the same way as I did the ones a few weeks ago.

they won’t be in crunch time until september. you just got a different editor.
Thunder--so TRUE!!! the nitpicky Yellow shop editors are beyond the pale! And the format takes an hour to complete, including shop time, at BEST...so with travel, etc.... well....$32.50 seems fair, not $12.50!!! the editors just make it worse....I just wait for the end of the period.
My comment is not specific towards any scheduler but it seems that when you send an email you never get a response from IPSOS. This is specific towards the Shopmetrics side.
This is true; I'm having that problem now. I seem to simply not be able to get a response from anybody over there. I even tried calling once when I was having a problem with a shop, and got every department but the one I needed. I kept getting shuffled around!

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
