Hilarious message from IPSOS

I got a request for several new photos...and this message in my log, (Yes, they did NOT ask for a new counter photo!)...this is the kind of stuff that makes me run out the door with my hair on fire!

Please make sure that you send a photo of the countertop.
The photo uploaded only shows the countertop.

Fair on fire? Mistakes happen. Perhaps they meant to say the entire countertop or something similar.

Same MSC, different gas station, one that requires downloading and using the app to pay for the gas.

First line of guidelines: Be sure to use the app for your gas purchase.

Second line: Remember to pay for your gas using a debit/credit card at the pump.

(My note: if you use the app, you are precluded from using any card at the pump!)

I had a gas station that did not go through on the app for gas but did for in the store. But I just got word that they took it and I should have the money in my grubby little hand Friday of Monday.
