Disturbing new trend from Ipsos

Just received three emails from Ipsos offering red/white/blue conditional reveal shops.

The numerous shops are categorized by state, as per usual, but now the states are listed in a totally random fashion (different in each email) instead of alphabetically, requiring considerably more time when attempting to assign shops.

Nice job showing respect for your shoppers while supporting lazy-assed schedulers, Ipsos!

This is nothing compared to the movement of the shops to Sassie. Deciding to no longer use that excellent platform that was designed especially for gas stations and moving it to a platform that is horrible for picture audits shows that they don't care about the shoppers more than anything. It shows they are either ignorant, don't care, or are malicious. Any three of those options are bad.
Honestly, I have come to believe that everything Ipsos does now is some weird, passive/aggressive mockery of the industry. Why, I don't know. But mockery it is, and it's extremely unprofessional. Any potential client that looks at their shopper websites must be saying, "They've got to be kidding with this childishness." How they keep getting accounts boggles my mind.
