Contact at IPSOS

I have sent 6 different emails to the above's main email account regarding not being able to self assign accounts that say that I can self assign. This has been over the past 2 months with zero response. Does anyone have a contact or phone number for anyone to give me a response? Also, I have contacted an independent scheduler for does work for this MSC, it is not in her area of business but still not response from anyone. Thanks

Same here... no response ever ? Also the alta & strategic reflections wont "synchronize" to submit reports ? Whats that ?
Good Luck. There is no company WORSE than Ipsos when it comes to having someone return your email or call. The schedulers there are pretty responsive, but their system is set up with remote (IC?) schedulers who refer any issues or problems that a shopper might have to "the editor" or "a supervisor" who never writes back or appears. I complained long and loudly (regarding a very specific issue) via several emails to a scheduler recently who finally told me that she would not respond regarding this matter ANYMORE. She suggested writing "the editor" every day until some resolution occurs. Right........I now hate everything French! :-)
I have contacted a few independent schedulers for IPSOS, they were very responsive to my request but couldn't help me. I totally agree that this MSC is one of the worst, in my 10 years of doing mystery shopping I have never had an experience like this. I have sent them 5 emails to their general mystery shopping address, with no results or responses for 3 months.
Barry C -..sorry you are having these problems....I find that occasionally, the "one off" shop occurs (most recently mine was with a bank shop) and the details were are out of the ordinary. IPSOS not only does not know how to be flexible and react accordingly, they hit their default solution -- the "Hold Pay" button - and never respond to emails, thus shortchanging the shopper both financially and figuratively! It is so frustrating to try to do the best job under odd circumstances, and then have the MSC simply NOT communicate. If they weren't the 800 pound gorilla in the room, things might be different....smirk...
