I guess I'm a glutton for punishment! I'm doing a multi-part IPSOS shop, the third multi-parter I've done for them in three months. It is SO frustrating to input each part of the survey and save it, only to continue to get: first, reminder emails; second, overdue-notice emails; and third, emails threatening to pull the shop from you if you don't do it!
I don't understand this. For each job, once you input the first part of the survey, an icon pops up indicating that the shop is "working," clearly an indication that you're in progress with it. Yet these emails keep coming. Have any of you experienced this?
Apparently one part of IPSOS's system isn't talking to the other part. I've alerted two schedulers to this issue, but I imagine they have little to no input into how things work. In fact, on one of the projects, I got an email from the scheduler after I'd completed most of the shop--asking if I'd started it!
This company has so many communication problems--both internal and external. Sigh.
I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
