Trendsource Scheduling

Does anyone know what is going on with Trendsource?

First off my regular scheduler got moved to another project. I hate when they do this. She always gave me jobs that were out of town but easy to do after work with nice PAD. Then they just stopped altogether and she no longer responded to my texts. I found out she was moved to another project. Yesterday I got an email asking me to do 3 jobs and I immediately responded saying I could do them. CRICKETS...nothing. I sent a text to the new scheduler who then responded asking for the job numbers which I sent back. Again CRICKETS. This morning I sent her another text asking if she wanted me to do the jobs because I needed to schedule my day. Again NOTHING. I have heard nothing from them. I finally sent her a text and told her since I had not heard from her again I was no longer available to complete the jobs. These are still on the board but if I request them I will not get the bonus and if I request the PAD off the board you never hear from anyone and it just stays there lingering.

i was actually looking for somewhere to vent about this as well - it’s as if they’re on another planet. it seems you never really get a true contact number/email address - they like to use the trendteamsupport address so if you have to reply back you’re put back in a queue. this doesn’t help for shops that are today!

like you, i finally had a direct point of contact for a project that was responsive, and like you, it looks like they were moved to another project.

i get texts/emails for OSIs with direct contact info, but they can’t help with other teams projects it seems.

also, i’m not sure if they share phone numbers, but in emails saying to “text this number for quicker replies”, i put the number in my phone and it brings up texts from other schedulers. very strange.
Same here. I like doing the shops because I just consider it free groceries but they are getting to be a real pain to deal with anything outside of my actual neighborhood.
You can CALL them. But depending on who it is is whether or not they will answer. The main number is 6197187467. You can all call the scheduler at the 619 number that they call you from to reach them directly. My problem with the new scheduler in OSI's is he's not giving me the scope R, M, L for my town. He text me about two, I text right back and he still gave them to someone else. I don't ask for PAD for my town. and he still gave them to someone else. But when they would go on the board I did them all the time.
