i was actually looking for somewhere to vent about this as well - it’s as if they’re on another planet. it seems you never really get a true contact number/email address - they like to use the trendteamsupport address so if you have to reply back you’re put back in a queue. this doesn’t help for shops that are today!
like you, i finally had a direct point of contact for a project that was responsive, and like you, it looks like they were moved to another project.
i get texts/emails for OSIs with direct contact info, but they can’t help with other teams projects it seems.
also, i’m not sure if they share phone numbers, but in emails saying to “text this number for quicker replies”, i put the number in my phone and it brings up texts from other schedulers. very strange.
