In the spring of 2017, I began experiencing problems with Shopmetrics reports. I contacted both the MSC and the platform, with each stating it must be on my end. I am accustomed to that response, as I have never received, when I had a problem, any other comment. I switched from Firefox to Google for reporting where a company used Shopmetrics and the problem was solved. In 2019, I purchased a new computer with a different operating system, so I attempted to revert to Firefox, but the identical problem existed. There is no doubt in my mind, it is a platform issue.
