Shopmetrics issues

Currently entering several surveys on the Shopmetrics platform. The pages are randomly becoming unresponsive when entering certain fields, making the reporting process difficult. Anyone else having similar issues?

Just installed Windows 11 and wondering if that may be causing problems?

I recently updated to Windows 11 on the laptop I am using to respond to your post. I just opened one of my Shopmetrics surveys and entered some random information in random fields. I did not experience any issues.

I am using Google Chrome.

Good luck.
In the spring of 2017, I began experiencing problems with Shopmetrics reports. I contacted both the MSC and the platform, with each stating it must be on my end. I am accustomed to that response, as I have never received, when I had a problem, any other comment. I switched from Firefox to Google for reporting where a company used Shopmetrics and the problem was solved. In 2019, I purchased a new computer with a different operating system, so I attempted to revert to Firefox, but the identical problem existed. There is no doubt in my mind, it is a platform issue.
Thank you for taking the time to check with your Shopmetrics reports. I appreciate it.

It wasn't every field causing the survey to freeze, only certain narrative ones. Luckily, I still have Windows 10 on my old laptop and the entire report was entered without a single issue. Phew.

I am on a route with multiple Shopmetrics report to input over the next four days, and it's a very good thing I packed both the new and old laptops.
I do a ton of reports in Shopmetrics every month. So glad I did not go for Win 11 on my brand new computer.

I just contacted a Servimer manager to ask that they email their shoppers about this issue. Any MSC that uses Shopmetrics, I hope, will do an email blast to their shoppers.

The problem I now have is with IPSOS. If I enter data on their app, it is not synching with the Shopmetrics one. I prefer to finish in Shopmetrics as I can make a copy of the final report for my records.

While Servimer has not heard from anyone having the problem yet, I contacted Shopmetrics about the concern.
I would recommend that you contact the MSC just in case they made some programming changes to the report template that are causing an internal conflict. Also, if possible, try to get a screenshot of the questions that are causing it to freeze up so that the MSC and/or Shopmetrics can troubleshoot.

I have had issues in Shopmetrics. The three MSCs I use in Shopmetrics are IPSOS, Alta 360 and Strategic Reflections. My issues occur when I am reporting using my Pale Moon browser, and I have Windows 10. What happens is that the screen suddenly freezes in the middle of my typing comments. I have found that I have NO issues when I use my Brave browser. How odd is that??? There must be something in the Pale Moon browser that is conflicting with the coding or something in Shopmetrics.

ETA: This has been going on for several months now.

It sounds like most folks here are finding workarounds through different browsers. Please let me know if you ever have any problems entering a Servimer report on Shopmetrics so that we can help both you and others who contact us with such concerns.
Another workaround may be to use MobiAudit to enter the report. This is what I do when I'm out shopping, and at the end of the day I log into Shopmtrics to proofread on a larger screen before submitting.
