Trendsource is really irritating me

Just got an email from them regarding a grocery store shop that I scheduled weeks ago. The shop was scheduled for this Saturday. Their email states that they have to reschedule it because they cannot have two location shops within 3 days of each other.

So irritated right now, because I scheduled a few other shops near this location, I'll still do those shops, but it's pretty frustrating when I'm being told 4 days prior on a shop that I literally scheduled weeks ago. And this is not the first time Trendsource has done this to me. I'm about ready to give up on them.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes, I have this happen. It is very frustrating. They are becoming harder and harder to please. I also hate that you have to input the grocery shops within 2 hours. That makes routes difficult at times.
I have had a couple of their shops rescheduled recently, but their emails indicate a willingness to work with me on the new date(s) if needed. Fortunately, I have been able to accommodate. All of my shops with them have been mobile enabled, so I do the report while I am in the store, so when I get to my car, I upload a receipt picture and done deal.
They're definitely irritating me tonight. I've gotten no less than 20 text messages and 20 emails trying to get me to take a new project that involves going into an office building and having someone from the building marking delivery locations on a map. I just don't see that turning out well!

I agree. The one near me is at a medical school. What are the chances of finding the right person? Why would they even want to help me (and don't tell me for the greater good of the school - hah!).

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
I was assigned a highly bonused shop three weeks ago...during prep, I was supposed to call and make an appointment. No name given, no phone number. So it's still on "hold" after spending an hour or so on prep.

Ugh.

I'm seriously considering telling them to remove it. It's just I need to earn the $225!!!

It's been over a year since I quit working for Trendsource, they stopped letting me schedule my own grocery shops, after several years of doing them in two different states) because I argued with the editors a few times, and rescheduled a couple shops because of unavoidable things here at home and in the great state of Alabama. (that was sarcasm). Before I quit they would call and beg me to do a grocery shop the same day that it "had to be done," after I had tried to schedule the same shop 2 weeks prior and was refused. And then one of their "blonde bombshells" (I don't actually know if she is blonde or not) called me and begged me to do a shop that same day, and then while I was doing it, she called me during the shop and compromised the whole thing.

They called a few times after that, but I refused all work from them, so they stopped calling.
It's the nature of the beast. A shopper cannot shop the same grocery location twice in a row. So if the previous week's shop was shopped later, it forces the next week's shop to be pushed back.

If it's the same client as I shop, inputting the data is so quick. I have most of it done, particularly when waiting for someone in Produce. So it doesn't hinder my route much.

I make $100-$150 in purchases that i need: paper products, fireplace logs, hardware, lighting, etc. I have filler products such as spring water or Mexican coke to meet the 3 item requirement.

TS cut me off. I only did HP stuff, but they did not appreciate that I told them numerous times that their app turned into a piece of garbage. Always said I was offline-NOT.
Don't really miss them.

They actually just updated their app, after what 15 years? It works great for the time being.
