Yep, I had that kind of experience with Intelli-shop. And it got me deactivated. I did a shop, I had questions. I had another one scheduled, but I got sick. So I sent emails every day to the scheduler asking for it to be rescheduled, with NO RESPONSE for days, then I got an email at 4 pm one day telling me that I had to be there at 8 am. but I didn't know if they meant 8 am that day or the following day, and I was still not feeling 100% from earlier in the week. I didn't go, because I simply didn't understand. And the next day they sent me an email telling me that I had been deactivated.
It's too bad, I don't necessarily miss working for them, but there were a few times when I made some good money.
